account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience
and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
At WGU, it is not typical for an individual
to be hired at or near the top of the range for their position, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of
each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is:

Job Description
The Course
Maintenance Assistant is a supporting individual contributor that accurately enters information into curriculum delivery and storage
systems, performs maintenance within those systems, investigates and coordinates the resolution of various issues, and completes other
projects as needed. This individual prioritizes and completes assigned duties in a timely, high-quality manner with attention to current
department processes and procedures. The Course Maintenance Assistant works well with others in a team environment and is
self-motivated.
Location: This position requires you to live in Utah and work at our headquarters, 4001 South 700 East Salt
Lake City, UT 84107, with the ability to work a hybrid schedule in the office 4 days a week.
Essential Functions and
Responsibilities:
- Updates, maintains, and troubleshoots course content by coordinating with internal and external
stakeholders or in response to program feedback. - Meets service level agreements and ticket processing goals.
- Provides
effective and friendly customer support to students, staff, and faculty in a timely manner. - Maintains integrity and confidentiality
of proprietary information and student confidentiality in accordance with FERPA. - Performs other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skill and Abilities:
- Proficient use of Salesforce and e-learning platforms
- Basic computer
skills - Competent data entry skills
- Ability to navigate a variety of technological platforms.
- Ability to learn new
systems and platform technologies. - Good communication skills, both verbal and written

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of related
experience - Basic knowledge of processes and procedures
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior data entry
experience
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a
computer - Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Full-Time Regular
Positions (classified as regular and working 40 standard weekly hours): This is a full-time, regular position (classified for 40 standard
