1. Strategy and Business Planning
· Doing operation and trading to support the Head of Trading and other senior Traders
· Executing transactions accurately and in accordance with established local trading procedures and risk parameters as directed by the head of Korea trading and traders within limits set by MAM
· Being aware of economic and financial data likely to affect the market and keeping updated on market changes

· Support Head of Trading on progress of business and specific issues
4. Risk
· In conjunction with Senior Traders, support establishing overall risk parameters
5. Counterparties & clients
· Support developing and maintaining relationships with clients and peers in other organisations as directed by Head of Trading
· Representing the firm with external organisations as directed by Head of IRD Trading. (e.g., industry or product committee, and regulatory or governing bodies).
6. Communication

Minimal education level
– Bachelor’s degree
– Major: Not limited; Business Administration, Economics, Financial Engineering or relevant field of study preferred
– With less than 12 months of full-time experience
– Good knowledge on Capital Market products (FX, bond, interest rate & currency swap deal etc.) is preferred
– Excellent English communication (both oral and written) skill
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and Macro
