Job summary
Business Development – to achieve preset business plans for MNC business in South India. Relationship Management – to ensure long term and profitable relationship, Supervision of the Relationship Management team.
Main responsibilities:
· Origination of MNC business
· Supervision of the marketing of prospects and existing clients (Business Development) for the target client segments by RMs
· Senior level client liaison and obtain market information
· Liaison with other Metiers/ Departments of the Bank for matters pertaining to the Branch
· Other tasks that may be assigned by management from time to time
Main duties: To regularly supervise the build up a clients target list.
· To supervise the identification of all potential opportunities for the bank and ensure cross-sell of products across Metiers.
· To ensure effective conversion of prospects into clients.
Secondary duties: To ensure proactive control over compliance with internal audit and regulatory audit recommendation.
· To ensure timely and good quality submission of proposals to the credit chain
· To monitor allocated accounts for overdues etc. and provide inputs wherever required to the senior management to enable the bank to take proactive action.
