Senior Technical Business Analyst (f/m/d)

 

As Technical Business Analyst in our corporate and investment banking division, you will play a crucial role between IT and various business lines. Your primary responsibility will be to bridge the gap between complex IT systems and business requirements, ensuring seamless communication, understanding, and execution of technology solutions that align with our business goals. Be open to future facing technologies and how to integrate them in our IT environment.

 

 

Key responsibilties & tasks:

  • Understand and translate business needs into detailed technical requirements
  • Create comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure that solutions meet business needs and requirements
  • Track project progress and provide regular updates to all stakeholders
  • Perform data analysis, create pivot tables, and merge data from various sources to support decision-making processes
  • Create test plans and ensure that solutions meet quality standards
  • Provide training and support to business users on existing and new systems and processes
  • Prepare user guides, FAQs, and documentation
  • Understand IT infrastructure, including systems related to DNS, DHCP, VPN, Active Directory, and network
  • Working in an exciting environment with remote experts and teams for controls and team collaboration
  • Close interaction with IT teams from Singapore, France and UK on deliverables, enhancements, incidents, requests and projects
