Position Title: Customer Support Representative
Location: Raouche – Beirut
Employment Type: Full Time; 8 hours/day with flexibility for AM/PM shifts

What will your day look like?
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate when necessary.
- Provide accurate information to clients ensuring they understand their financial options and services.
- Maintain records of interactions, transactions and feedback.
- Follow compliance guidelines and protect customer information.
- Participate in training programs to stay up to date with new trends.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Skills
You are the Customer Support Representative we are looking for if you have:
- BS degree in Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic (French is a plus).
- Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized and ability to prioritize work.
- Proactive mindset.
- Active listening skills.
