Our core technology is built 100% in-house with several breakthroughs in Natural Language Understanding. Our parser is built based on zero-shot learning that helps us to launch industry-specific IVA that can achieve over 90% accuracy on Day-1. We are 120+ people strong with employees spread across India and US locations.
What You Will Do
- Designing and implementing relevant HR policies and processes such as Compensation, benefits, health and safety.
- Acting to support the human factor in the organization by devising strategies for performance evaluation, training and development.
- Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
- Managing and expanding employee benefits and wellness, and performance reviews
- Designing and directing training programs
- Participating in due diligence activities necessary to mobilize new workflows or expand existing workflows
What You Will Bring
- Experience at early start-up teams scaling from 0-1 and set up processes/ policies
- Excellent working knowledge of HR policies/procedures
- Experience working with Rippling or similar providers
- Experience successfully supporting and partnering employees in a remote first workplace.
- Experience in handling US benefits extensively
- B2B SaaS industry experience a plus
- Enjoys working collaboratively and in a team environment
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and people skills
Compensation
- Compensation is expected to be between $130,000 – $165,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills and location.
