§ Develop, recommend, implement, and manage the operational department’s annual and long-term goals.
§ Conduct daily briefing with management on current key activities.
§ Ensure optimal compliance with corporate focus audit, local health and safety, and other statutory regulations.
§ Manage emergency situations that may arise in order to minimize possible damage, loss, or injury to any Guests, employees, or Company property.
§ Observe the team in the operation, daily, review operational performance and lead the team to success.

Qualifications:
§ Open to Asian and Arabic nationals
§ Female, 35 to 50 years old
§ High School / College diploma or equivalent qualifications
§ Minimum of 2-3 years of similar experience
§ High degree of professionalism with strong understanding of hotel operations and business acumen
§ Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language.
§ Ability to communicate in a local language where the hotel operates is desirable.
§ Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
