* Provide personalized service and assistance related to the products and services.
* Analyze the customer’s request and offer an appropriate solution.
* Take charge of the customer’s requests and maintain a follow-up.
* Reinforce customer satisfaction and ensure loyalty by offering professional and courteous service that meets the customer’s needs and high standards of satisfaction.
* Manage complaints and provide appropriate solutions while guaranteeing quality follow-up.
* Participate in the continuous improvement of the customer experience by escalating issues and suggestions.

Profil Recherché

* Excellent oral and written communication skills in French & English.
* 24hours availability (rotating night shifts).
* Excellent writing skills.
* Speed on the keyboard.
* Computer skills.
* Ability to summarize and analyze.
* Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
* Professional and solution-oriented writing.
