Salary from £40,229 to £48,456 pa inclusive with potential to progress to £52,095 pa inclusive of London allowance

The Communications Division strategically coordinates internal and external communications and advises the School on appropriate ways to communicate to its various audiences. The Communications teams work together to increase the impact of LSE and its work on the outside world, to the benefit of the whole LSE community. 

This role involves working on the organisation and delivery of our global public lecture programme and other ad-hoc School events. The post holder will also be responsible for coordinating and developing the existing LSE Arts programme and will also take responsibility for the hourly-paid staff. The post holder would join an Events Office team of 4 full time members of staff.

Candidates should have experience of organising large scale events, experience in having supervised and line managed staff, the ability to plan and prioritise a demanding and varied workload and the ability to use initiative to solve day to day queries and problems.
