Location: Marrakech, Morocco Full-time in the Field POSITION SUMMARY Nestlé Morocco is currently looking for a Field Sales Supervisor for Nestlé Professional, who will be responsible for leading the sales unit to deliver area sales objectives by category, volume, and value. Your role is to ensure execution excellence. A DAY IN THE LIFE … Responsible that core distribution, coverage and visibility objectives are met. Develop, negotiate, implement & monitor Customer Business Plans in alignment with Company Objectives. Responsible for maintaining an up-to-date tracker that includes the following: + Sales Achievements vs. Targets + Sales by Category/Brand per unit + Team Performance Records + Customers Information + Competition information Develop and manage long-term effective business relationship with customers. Accountable and responsible for the development of sales team via regular on-the-job training and field appraisals. A DAY IN THE LIFE … Master’s degree Minimum 5 years’ experience on Field Management Good Knowledge of Out of Home/HORECA/CHR channels and sales techniques Should have good interpersonal skills and the ability to develop long term relationships.
