You will leverage your proven technology leadership and executive stakeholder management experience to oversee the ongoing development and optimisation of technology systems across the multi-channel retail business.

Lead a skilled and experienced, technology department to achieve and maintain consistent high calibre service levels to a stakeholder group and customer base with high expectationsEnsure business requirements are consistently reviewed and assessed, then supported with technology changes to enhance the experience of customers and employees.Lead and develop the skilled professionals within the department and ensure efficient utilisation of the external services

Profile
15+ years experience in business technology, with at least 4-5 years in a leadership role within a successful, large and complex omnichannel retail business.Understanding of Retail technology, including e-commerce, inventory management and POS platforms.Proven ability to work with executive stakeholders to consistently execute a long term IT strategyExperience managing IT budgets and planning.
