Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English and French Language
Education: Candidates should have post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience: Candidates should have typically between 3 – 5 years of relevant experience

  • The candidates should demonstrate good knowledge of the business/group processes, procedures, tools, and technology

  • The candidates should have specialized knowledge from education and/or business experience
  • The candidates should exhibit in-depth verbal and written communication skills

  • The candidates should possess in-depth influence skills
  • The candidates should possess call centre experience
  • The candidates should Possess Canadian Securities Course (CSC) to be an asset

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to provide first and/or second level business support, advice, and guidance to sales and service colleagues, specifically through Business Help Desks
  • The candidates should be able to act as trusted advisors to stakeholders, offering expertise in business processes, policies, procedures, products, and/or systems
  • The candidates should be able to share extensive business knowledge in an effective, responsible, and timely manner to aid in delivering business results and minimizing risk
  • The candidates should be able to develop solutions and make recommendations based on an understanding of the business strategy and stakeholder needs
  • The candidates should be able to provide advice and guidance to the assigned business/group on the implementation of solutions
  • The candidates should be able to support the execution of strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • The candidates should be able to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment between them
  • The candidates should be able to break down strategic problems, analyze data and information to provide insights and recommendations
  • The candidates should be able to lead and participate in team projects, staying up to date on new initiatives and processes
  • The candidates should be able to execute work to deliver timely, accurate, and efficient service
  • The candidates should be able to provide coaching guidance to junior team members
  • The candidates should be able to analyze data and information to provide insight and recommendations
  • The candidates should be able to provide first point of contact operational support to internal business partners and end clients

  • The candidates should be able to work mostly independently, with broader work or accountabilities assigned as needed
