Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be physically demanding, and a repetitive tasker
- The candidates should be able to work with attention to detail
- The candidates should be able to work in tight deadlines
- The candidates should be willing to for overtime
- The candidates should be able to handle weight Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
- The candidates should be able to handle Hand-eye co-ordination
- The candidates should be able to handle heavy loads
- The candidates should be able to do manual dexterity
- The candidates should be able to work in noisy area, outdoors, hot area, and dusty area
Other Requirements:

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to load, unload and transport construction materials
- The candidates should be able to mix, pour and spread materials, assist heavy equipment operators
- The candidates should be able to assist in framing houses, erecting walls and building roofs
- The candidates should be able to level earth to fine grade specifications
- The candidates should be able to pave and rake asphalt, assist in demolishing buildings
- The candidates should be able to clean and pile salvaged materials, remove rubble and other debris at construction sites, read and interpret blueprints
- The candidates should be able to direct traffic at or near construction sites, perform routine maintenance work
