Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Equipment and machinery experience: Airless spray equipment, Brush painting, Multi-ratio pump spraying, Patterned rollers, Roller painting
Security and safety: Bondable
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have a keen attention to detail, ensuring precision in their work
- The candidates should be comfortable with bending, crouching, and kneeling as needed for various tasks
- The candidates should be physically capable of handling demanding tasks
- The candidates should have experience with weight handling, up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have a strong focus on client satisfaction, ensuring a customer-oriented approach
- The candidates should demonstrate flexibility in their approach to tasks, adapting to varying requirements and challenges
- The candidates should demonstrate reliability in their work, consistently delivering dependable and high-quality results
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to prepare, clean, and sand surfaces, ensuring a smooth and suitable base for painting applications
- The candidates should be able to repair cracks and holes, addressing imperfections in the surfaces before painting
- The candidates should be able to mix paint to the desired color and texture, meeting client specifications
- The candidates should be able to advise consumers on colors and wall coverings, providing guidance based on preferences and the overall aesthetic
- The candidates should be able to erect scaffolding, swing stages, and attach rigging, ensuring a safe and accessible work environment
- The candidates should be able to apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials to achieve a professional and visually appealing finish on interior and exterior surfaces
- The candidates should be able to estimate costs and materials accurately, facilitating project budgeting and planning
