REQUIRED SERVICE: Business Support VA
REQUESTED EXPERIENCE TIER LEVEL: Entry level only
MIN. HOURS/WEEK: 40 hours
SHIFT TIME ZONE: EST
SHIFT HOURS: 8AM-5PM
SHIFT DAYS: Monday to Friday

Tasks

• Configuration and Management:
  Hands-on experience in configuring and managing NetSuite modules to meet organizational requirements.
  Ensure the efficient and effective functioning of NetSuite applications in alignment with business processes.
• Customization and Optimization:
  Proficient in NetSuite customization to tailor the system to specific business needs.
  Optimize NetSuite functionality to enhance overall performance and user experience.
• Integration:
  Expertise in integrating NetSuite with other business systems and applications.
  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data flow and maintain data integrity.
• Troubleshooting and Support:
  Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve NetSuite-related issues.
  Proactively identify and address potential system challenges to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Documentation:
  Maintain comprehensive documentation of NetSuite configurations, customizations, and integrations.
  Create user guides and training materials to facilitate effective system utilization.
• Collaboration:
  Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into NetSuite solutions.
  Collaborate with IT and finance teams to align NetSuite capabilities with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a NetSuite Specialist or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of NetSuite configuration, customization, and optimization.
• Strong understanding of financial and business processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Experience in NetSuite integration with third-party applications.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining data accuracy.
