Job Description
The Director of Lifecycle Marketing will play a pivotal role in guiding potential customers through stages in the customer journey. You’ll help build a team that collaborates across the organization to unlock growth in all stages of the customer journey.
This strategic position requires an individual who can design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that engage customers at each stage of their lifecycle, from acquisition through retention and loyalty. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of success in data-driven marketing, CRM, and automated marketing platforms. Email plays a pivotal role in how we communicate with customers, and you’ll be at the heart of how we leverage this channel tactically and operationally. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical prowess, with a capacity for collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business goals
Salary range: $120,000-$185,000 USD – Please note that salary ranges are global, regardless of location, and we pay in local currency.
