What you’ll be doing…
As Ecommerce Writer at Live Science you’ll be responsible for writing, and in some cases managing, buying advice. This includes comprehensive buying guides, product reviews, spotlight deals and regular updates to core pages. You’ll ensure content is written accurately and that the content you produce all follows audience and ecommerce team guidance.
You’ll be updating Buying Guides to the expected high standard of the brand, following advice from central teams around structure of Buying Guides, discovering and creating content around deals, uploading review content to the site from freelancers and be an integral part of ecommerce within the Live Science brand structure.
Experience that will put you ahead of the curve…
- An interest and knowledge in consumer technology and optics.
- A strong understanding of the brands’ subject matter & associated audiences.
- The ability to write good, clean copy about products and discounts.
- A good understanding of SEO.
- The ability to work quickly and independently, to short deadlines.
- A good contact book within consumer technology is advantageous.

The expected range for this role is £24,000 – £28,000.
