Job Description


Kamran & Company is a leading food service equipment provider and design agency. The FP&A Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to assist senior management in making strategic business decisions. The role requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Roles and Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning
  • Analyze financial performance, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and key metric tracking
  • Prepare and present financial reports and analyses to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations
  • Support strategic decision-making processes by providing financial insights and scenario analysis
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data by validating and reconciling information from various sources
  • Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes, streamline reporting, and improve efficiency
  • Implement best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of FP&A processes

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field. Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA, CMA) is a plus 
  • 2+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a corporate setting 
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets 
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques 
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial software and ERP systems 
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner
