Type of crops: Bell peppers, cabbage, cauliflowers, melons, strawberries, tomatoes, and zucchinis
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Equipment and machinery experience: Farm truck, Fertilizer applicator, Lift truck, Planting equipment, Tractor, and Vegetable harvester
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work efficiently under pressure
- The candidates should be adept at handling repetitive tasks efficiently and be physically fit for tasks involving handling heavy loads and physical demands
- The candidates should demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, possess good hand-eye coordination, and have the ability to distinguish between colors
- The candidates should demonstrate sound discrimination skills and be adaptable to a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workday
- The candidates should be comfortable standing for extended periods, be able to walk as part of their regular tasks, and perform bending, crouching, and kneeling as needed
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate flexibility in adapting to various situations
- The candidates should be a team player, capable of collaborating effectively with others
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to hoe crops
- The candidates should be able to plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops
- The candidates should be able to perform vegetable culling
- The candidates should be able to operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
- The candidates should be able to examine produce for quality and prepare for the market
- The candidates should be able to write daily basic progress reports
