Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be skilled in harvesting crops in a fast-paced environment and experienced in handling physically demanding, repetitive tasks
- The candidates should be comfortable standing for extended periods and engaging in activities such as bending, crouching, and kneeling
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure and be capable of handling loads up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be a team player
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to clean crops, grade, and hand harvest vegetables
- The candidates should be able to clean the work area, load, unload, and transfer crates, supplies, and farm produce, livestock, and poultry
- The candidates should be able to examine produce for quality and prepare for the market, perform deleafing, and clean greenhouses
