Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as bachelor’s degree
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
  • The candidates should be able to manage a large workload effectively

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to plan, develop, implement, and evaluate human resources policies, programs, and benefit employment equity
  • The candidates should be able to advise managers and employees on the interpretation of human resources policies, benefit programs, and collective agreements, as well as mediate labor disputes and grievances
  • The candidates should be able to research and prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions, salary scales, employee benefits, health and safety practices
  • The candidates should be able to coordinate employee performance and appraisal programs, hire, train, supervise staff, and negotiate collective agreements
