Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have Bachelor’s degree
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge: Electronic mail, electronic scheduler, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Windows

  • The candidates should be capable of working under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • The candidates should be accustomed to performing repetitive tasks

Candidate Status:

  • Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
  • International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to identify current and prospective staffing requirements and prepare and post notices and advertisements
  • The candidates should be able to collect and screen applicants, advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms, and review candidate inventories
  • The candidates should be able to recruit graduates of colleges, universities, and other educational institutions and contact potential applicants to arrange interviews
  • The candidates should be able to coordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates and notify applicants of results, preparing job offers
  • The candidates should be able to advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures, organize and administer staff consultation and grievance procedures, and negotiate settlements of appeals and disputes
  • The candidates should be able to coordinate the termination of the employment process, determine eligibility to entitlements, and arrange staff training
  • The candidates should be able to provide information or services such as employee assistance, counseling, and recognition programs
  • The candidates should be able to supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing, and record-keeping duties
