Overview
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team. The Product Manager will drive the development and execution of QCSS Health’s product strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and sales. You will lead the product lifecycle from ideation through launch and beyond, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing go-to-market strategies, crafting compelling messaging, and driving awareness and adoption of our products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both product and healthcare industry.
QCSS Health offers an exciting opportunity to support health care insurers and providers in improving health care outcomes for vulnerable populations. Our solutions positively impact over a quarter million health plan members.
Responsibilities
- Lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for new and existing MLTSS healthcare products.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and sales teams to bring products from concept to market.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing healthcare products.
- Define product positioning, value propositions, and key messaging that resonate with our target audience.
- Prioritize product features based on business impact, technical feasibility, and customer needs.
- Develop detailed product requirements and work with the development team to ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product marketing strategies.
- Work closely with the sales team to provide tools and materials that support their efforts in driving product adoption.
- Work to gather customer feedback and insights to inform marketing strategies and product development.
- Work closely with leadership and other departments to align product strategies with overall company objectives.
Qualifications and Experience
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably within the healthcare or health tech sector.
- 3+ years of product marketing experience, preferably within the healthcare or health tech sector.
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
- Proven experience in developing successful go-to-market strategies and driving product adoption.
- Strong understanding of healthcare technology and regulatory requirements (HIPAA, etc.).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Detail-oriented, self-starter with a strong work ethic and desire to learn and take on new responsibilities
Location/Travel
- Position is available remotely
- QCSS is headquartered in Cambridge, MA
- Travel may be required to organize, execute, and attend in-person events and periodic in-person company meetings
Hiring Process
- The initial screen will be a 30-minute call
- The first interview will be a 60-minute video call
- The final interview will include presentation of an exercise and be a 90-minute video call
- The final step of the process will be a reference check

Candidates for this position will be required to undergo a pre-employment background check. All QCSS employees are subject to annual screening to ensure that they have not been excluded from the Federal Healthcare Programs (using the OIG and GSA Exclusion Lists) or State Medicaid Programs.
