Job Description


.BespokeChat is a chat contact center offering a 7 days a week managed chat service. We are a leader in customer service via livechat in Poland where we cooperate with leading companies from the automotive and real estate industries. The company has an 8-year-long history and experience of over a million conducted chat. The additional field of our operations is selling LiveChat as a product on the Polish market in affiliation model as an official national LiveChat partner and developing three apps created based on our needs and experience as a chat center, which are now being successfully sold in the LiveChat Marketplace for other companies that use LiveChat.

 

Currently, we are looking for an ambitious person who is going to become the first Product Marketing Manager to manage and optimize our SAAS LiveChat apps (Super Vision, Super Agent, and Super Trainer) through data-driven decisions. The goal that we set for the first 6 months is to increase the number of installed apps by 70% and to increase MRR by 160%. 

 

Achieving these goals requires verification of the payment models, developing and implementation of marketing strategies to expand the customer base, strengthen brand presence, and improve customer engagement. Additionally, the role will involve managing app development and maintenance processes as well as exploring market expansion opportunities.

 

Your responsibilities can be divided into three main areas:

  • BUSINESS

    • setting direction for further actions based on data analysis: efficiency, conversion rate optimization, calculating and increasing LTV,

    • verifying payment models of all apps to maximize MRR,

    • maintaining ongoing contact with Text Inc. (formerly LiveChat Inc.),

  • MARKETING

    • finding new ways to reach potential customers (“heavy” users of LiveChat),

    • creating and implementing a digital marketing strategy and communication strategy to ensure app growth and development of the “Super” app brand,

    • widening possibilities for communication with users, maintaining contact with users, expanding the newsletter database and its better utilization,

    • acting as a customer service representative for users and potential customers (questions/problems/requests),

    • email marketing/ marketing automation / improving onboarding process,

    • writing simple texts, making promotional and instructional videos for each application,

    • implementation of marketing campaigns in tools like Google Ads and Facebook Ads,

  • PRODUCT / IT

    • managing the development of applications aimed at increasing their effectiveness,

    • close cooperation with developers on app development and maintenance, testing changes, coordinating new releases, coordinating bug resolution,

    • feasibility study of introducing our apps for other livechat-like platforms,

    • product development of a new fourth LiveChat app.


We expect you to demonstrate these key competencies:

  • Proven marketing experience – track record of successes in developing SAAS products customer base and increasing its MRR,

  • Efficiency – ability to deliver results with full commitment and minimal loss of resources and time; ability to look for alternative solutions, give priority to progression over perfection while making use of data in the process,

  • Data analysis – the ability to think analytically, work with data, combine it, look for correlations, and visualize in order to draw conclusions; ability to design and conduct experiments to test hypotheses, advanced skills of working with spreadsheets,

  • Communication skills – effective formulation of simple and understandable thoughts in written form, communication in an asynchronous team operating only remotely, ease of writing,

  • Self-reliance – the ability to act proactively without being told what to do, bringing new ideas to the company and realizing them with minimal supervision,

  • Organization and planning – planning, organizing, scheduling, and budgeting in an efficient, productive manner; focusing on key priorities.

 

To make sure you fit our culture we will look for indications of enthusiasm, professionalism, a growth mindset, and a high work ethic. This role is going to be placed directly under the company’s management and it is fully remote.

 

Other expectations towards you:

  • C1/ native English language skills

  • minimum 2 years of experience in the area of marketing a SAAS product with successes supported by numbers

  • good understanding of B2B sales

  • ability to design product interface mockups

  • knowledge of the basics of HTML, ability to create WordPress content as well as simple graphics (aesthetic sense)

The recruitment process will consist of three stages consisting of 1) an introductory telephone/online interview with the management board, 2) an extensive 2-3 hour online meeting, and 3) an online/live workshop.
