Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or Intermediate or a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need previous telecom technology experience, training will be provided

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have experience building rapport and establishing connections with customers and team members through clear and effective verbal communication
  • The candidates should demonstrate a commitment to providing positive customer interactions by understanding and meeting customer needs
  • The candidates should be able to rapidly adapt with flexibility to respond to changes in the store environment to meet customer and business needs
  • The candidates should have experience navigating multiple tasks and efficient workflows while providing consistent customer service
  • The candidates should demonstrate the ability to successfully navigate and find solutions for unexpected situations that arise
  • The candidates should meet the provincial minimum age of majority
  • To better serve customers, candidates should be able to commit to providing a minimum availability of 20 hrs a week, including evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays


  • The candidates should be able to build rapport with customers to understand their needs and match them to Rogers and Fido brand products including Wireless, Cable, Hi-Speed Internet, Home Phone, and Rogers Mastercard
  • The candidates should be able to identify opportunities, anticipate customer needs, and achieve sales goals within a dynamic and supportive team environment
  • The candidates should be able to drive sales through engagement of existing customers by calling and texting to promote Rogers and Fido branded products
  • The candidates should be able to represent Rogers and Fido brands in-store and at local community events
