Hello,👋 nice to e-meet you! Perceptyx is currently looking for a diligent Sales Support Specialist who will assist the Revenue team with administrative requests related to day-to-day business. This includes coordinating requests to the appropriate Revenue operations teams, reviewing order documentation for accuracy and financial alignment prior to signature, alignment of SFDC opportunities to proposed pricing, assisting in the completion of tertiary administrative forms for closure (i.e. Vendor Registration), and reviewing completed documentation and opportunities for internal closure.

Some Things You Will Do:

  • Review and assist in updates to Order form documents to reflect accurate pricing and terms in accordance with Perceptyx business standards.
  • Assist with prospect/customer administrative documentation including vendor registration forms, assist with security questionnaires, and other customer questionnaires.
  • Processing and reviewing of signed paperwork to align SFDC opportunity values, dates, and billing for closure by the accounting team.
  • Intake of Revenue operations case queue, assign to appropriate resources.
  • Monthly Government reporting for our federal contract revenue.

Requirements

  • Ideally, 3-5 years of experience supporting a Sales team with administrative duties (sales operations, deal desk, sales support).
  • The ideal candidate will have SaaS software company experience (knowing our processes, contracts, and tracking), but we agree that people coming from the Insurance, Accounting, Para-legal, and Procurement industries can work out too!
  • Efficient when managing paperwork and systems. 
  • Experience with creating and managing customer-facing documentation including order forms, vendor documents, and descriptions of products and services.
  • An experienced Salesforce.com, MS Word, and MS Excel user.
  • Experience working with CPQ and contract management systems (like Malbek) is a plus.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills.
  • Superior communication skills.
  • High level of organization and detail-orientation.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative.
  • Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.

Compensation: Perceptyx is focused on equitable pay for all our staff and aims for transparency with our pay practices. This position provides an annual salary range of $50,000 to $60,000. The above range represents the expected base salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location.
