Salary £70,000 – £90,000

Role Insight:

This role demands a legal expert who can navigate the intricacies of employment law with finesse and confidence. The successful candidate will be instrumental in upholding the firm’s reputation for delivering outstanding legal advice and representation.

Key Responsibilities:

– Provide expert legal advice on a broad range of employment law matters, especially litigation.

– Represent clients in tribunals and courts with confidence and skill

– Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents and agreements

– Lead and mentor junior lawyers, fostering their professional growth

– Develop and implement strategies for litigation and dispute resolution

– Engage in business development activities to cultivate client relationships

Skills & Experience Required:

– Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 4 years PQE in employment law

– Robust litigation experience with a proven track record in employment tribunals

– Demonstrated advocacy experience, with the ability to represent clients effectively

– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

– Adept at managing multiple cases with a keen eye for detail
