As a Senior Talent Partner at EvenUp, you’ll be driving strategic talent searches for a market-leading startup that truly makes a difference in people’s lives when they are at their most vulnerable. We’ve raised a big round and have a lot of building to do, but we are starting from a very early-stage approach. You’ll help us bring in world class talent across our tech and business teams, while being a strategic partner to the hiring managers you work with.

What you’ll do:

Own end to end talent acquisition for requisitions across technical and non-technical departments based on business need

Be a consultative business partner to hiring managers, department heads, and executives, helping to improve our people strategy

Source, screen, offer and close candidates for hard to fill positions

Be a role model for others on the team and help to uplevel recruiting across the org through your commitment to high quality assessment, alignment and acquisition strategies.
What we look for:

Experience working in a startup environment with high degrees of ambiguity

Mastery of technical recruiting fundamentals including subject matter expertise, competencies-based interviewing and structured hiring

Highly collaborative mindset and team-oriented approach

Tech-savvy and ability to quickly pick up new processes and software

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Sense of ownership and urgency around your work and the outcomes of our hiring processes
