The Sr. Product Marketing Manager ensures that the right customers are getting the right message through to the proper channels and represents the true voice of the customer in our product strategy decisions. The ultimate goal is to ensure we build the right tools for our audience and drive growth and adoption through our overall product portfolio.
We are looking for a strategic and creative marketer to join Webgility as a Sr. Product Marketing Manager on the cloud product team. You will work alongside product managers, designers, developers, marketers, and more to create and market products that delight our customers. As a Sr. PMM on the team, you’ll be pivotal in driving product and marketing strategies to help the team accomplish our goals and take Webgility to the next level.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of product strategy and a track record of strong cross-functional coordination. They should also be data-driven and demonstrate strong communication skills. Startup experience is a plus!
Webgility is fully remote in the United States, with offices in Scottsdale, AZ and Indore, India. We embrace flexibility, and you can work from anywhere in the US.

In This Role You Will
- Identify target customers, their needs, and how our products will meet those needs while representing the voice of the customer both internally and externally
- Partner with Product Management to develop product strategies and roadmaps
- Develop product marketing strategies to accelerate growth of our products among key user personas and target audiences
- Lead go-to-market initiatives, including key message development and tactical growth plans, ensuring that all customer-facing teams are on-message and maximizing each go-to-market deliverable
- Deliver go-to-market and sales enablement materials, in conjunction with the marketing team
- Own growth of products throughout the customer lifecycle, from driving awareness to generating memorable nurture campaigns to acquisition through retention and win back
- Drive metrics for out-of-product acquisition/pre-sign-up customer engagement, along with messaging/engagement with self-service offerings
- Prepare and present recommendations, reports, and findings from experimental data up to the executive level
What You Bring to the Table
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing within a SaaS or tech company with a strong track record for growth, able to provide examples of work
- Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree a plus
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and present qualitative/quantitative findings
- Exemplary oral and written communication skills
- Previous background in B2B and B2C marketing, experience with ecommerce or financial apps, early-stage startups, or high exposure to small business audiences a plus
- Experience working with product teams to help craft product strategy and direction
- Comfortable in fast-paced startup environments
- Passion for helping small businesses grow

- $125,000 – $140,000 annual base salary based on experience
