Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and entrepreneurial Senior Salesforce and Go-to-Market Systems Administrator to join our dynamic RevOps team. This role is pivotal in optimizing our sales processes and ensuring the seamless operation of our Salesforce and GTM systems.
The ideal candidate will spend approximately 70% of their time focused on Salesforce and CPQ administration, with the remaining 30% dedicated to other go-to-market systems.
Responsibilities:
- Customize and configure Salesforce and Salesforce Revenue Cloud to meet the evolving needs of the sales team.
- Design, build, and maintain advanced workflows, automation, and approval processes within Salesforce.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular maintenance and audits.
- Manage data migration, integration, and cleansing efforts.
- Provide advanced support to users, including troubleshooting issues, conducting training sessions, and creating user documentation.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to provide insights and track key sales metrics.
- Continuously assess and improve existing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage the integration of other go-to-market systems to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for automation within go-to-market systems and implement solutions to streamline workflows.
- Develop and refine processes that enhance the overall effectiveness of the sales team and support strategic business objectives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and to align system capabilities with business needs.
- Liaise with vendors and third-party service providers to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a focus on CPQ and go-to-market systems (Zoom Info, Congo, Outreach)
- Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator and/or Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist preferred.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, CPQ, and other go-to-market systems like Rebop. Strong understanding of data management, integration, and automation tools.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail. Ability to analyze complex processes and propose innovative solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering on deadlines.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
