Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 3 to less than 5 years
Computer and technology knowledge: Electronic mail, MS Excel, and MS Word
Security and safety: Criminal record check

- The candidates should be able to identify current and prospective staffing requirements, analyzing organizational needs for recruitment
- The candidates should be able to prepare and post notices and advertisements, attracting potential candidates to available positions
- The candidates should be able to collect and screen applicants, reviewing resumes and applications to shortlist qualified individuals
- The candidates should be able to advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment, providing necessary information
- The candidates should be able to review candidate inventories, assessing the pool of potential hires for suitability
- The candidates should be able to contact potential applicants to arrange interviews, facilitating the selection process
- The candidates should be able to co-ordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates, ensuring a fair and thorough assessment
- The candidates should be able to advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures, providing guidance on recruitment matters
- The candidates should be able to determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulations
