About the role

The purpose of the Talent Development Manager role is to execute high-impact talent initiatives across the Everfield ecosystem to drive performance and growth. 

The successful candidate will excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, collaborating with senior leaders and teams to ensure the organisation’s talent aligns with its strategic goals. This role offers the opportunity to drive talent development, reporting and performance management.  

What you will do:

• Develop and manage performance reviews, 360 feedback, goal setting and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) via Workday 

• Design, develop and deliver a strong onboarding experience for new talent, newly acquired businesses and new senior leaders
