Job title: Test Automation Team Lead 

Job Details 

Hours: Full Time 

Location: Fully remote. This opportunity is open to you if you can legally work remotely from one of our home countries in the UK, Sweden, Malta, Hungary, Spain, Poland, or the Philippines.

  • keep up with day-to-day management duties and one-on-one meetings,
  • be overall responsible for the team´s planning of tasks and duties to deliver on short- as well as long term objectives,
  • depending on team size, handle day-to-day tasks within the team´s specific area of expertise,
  • constantly evaluate workflows and find ways for them to be more efficient, relevant and valuable both internally and externally,
  • lead and/or participate in projects outside of the scope of your department, as assigned by your manager,
  • reporting manager for team members incl. conducting performance- and salary reviews etc, and,
  • synchronize with QA Evangelist and Game Production QA Manager regarding test strategy, test case management, test automation, device purchase and QA tools.

What we ask of you 

  • Experience testing web and client server based applications.
  • 5+ years of hands-on Quality Assurance and test automation experience in which you played a key role in building and enhancing a test automation function.
  • 3+ years of quality assurance and test engineering experience.
  • Work in conjunction with project management and development stakeholders to ensure Software QA practices related to Design Review and Code Reviews are being performed.
  • Oversee the design and development of the test automation framework, automated tests and associated tools.
  • Ensure that defects are correctly captured, reviewed, prioritized, and triaged and resolved defects are tested.
  • Report to QA Manager and track overall status and QA governance.
  • Experience with product development life cycle and test cycles (e.g. unit, integration, smoke), including test approach and case review; Bachelors in Computer Science, Engineering discipline or equivalent experience Digital First (remote) coordination.
  • Effective Communication.

Preferences:

  • Advanced test automation and/or programming skills, e.g. Selenium, BrowserStack, Java, C++.
  • Experience working with online casino games.
  • Experience working in an agile development environment.
  • Knowledgeable using tools such as TestRail, TeamCity, BitBucket and Jira.
