Job Description:
§ Warmly greet and welcome guests, providing exceptional customer service in line with the café’s standards, leveraging prior experience in UAE hospitality settings.
§ Efficiently manage guest seating, reservations, and inquiries, ensuring a smooth flow of guests’ dining experiences in accordance with the café’s protocols.
§ Utilize strong communication skills in English and Arabic to engage with diverse customers, addressing their needs and preferences promptly and professionally.
§ Collaborate with the service team to uphold cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the café, contributing to a welcoming and comfortable environment.
§ Demonstrate adaptability and cultural sensitivity, understanding and adhering to UAE-specific service standards while delivering a high-quality guest experience.
Qualifications:
- Open to Asian and Arabic nationals
- Female, 40 years old and below
- At least 2 years of experience in the same role preferably in similar industry
