We are looking for an expert and professional caliber who can handle both HR & Admin functions in the F&B industry in Amman; in particular Restaurants and Cafe’s industry.

You should be acquainted with the following JD’s, roles and responsibilities that are required to this role since the HR & Admin in our organization needs someone who is amazing in the starting up processes from scratch.
- Modify HR Laws & enhance regulations/ processes to develop the work culture of the company (P&P).
- Assist senior management in creating smart development modules as per departmental requirements.
- Create a systematic database of employee details to streamline various in-house processes.
- Oversee and manage all staffing & recruiting within the business.
- Choose relevant training modules according to the requirement of the workforce and market.
- Assess employees’ feedback to implement relevant HR initiatives.
- Create Org. Vision, Mission and Objectives; specifically for HR & Admin functions with an action plan(s).
- Supervise & guide & direct other HR functions; Payroll, ER, Performance Mgmnt, Training and more.
- Supervise the process of Social Security for staff in the organization (for Jordanians staff).
- Handle some logistics and maintenance tasks in coordination with management.
- Work in line with management for strategy and implementation.
- Assist management in new restaurants opening and implement all compliance processes.
- Implement annual manpower planning along with related approved budgets.
- Assist management in creating a positive work culture within the organization.
- Support Restaurants Managers to broad extent.
- Work outdoor and partner with departments heads.
- Retain talented staff and ensure successors are exist within a succession planning.
- AND more related functions business expansions locally & abroad.
