We now have an opportunity for a HR professional to help deliver the people strategies at UAL. This role provides an unparalleled development opportunity for an experienced HR generalist to expand their expertise further.
You will be joining a busy, diverse, and friendly HR team where HR Consultants and HR Business Partners work seamlessly to support their client groups through strategic change programmes, employee relations case work and provide HR expertise and advice to a range of stakeholders.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be CIPD-qualified to graduate level or equivalent, or working towards this, with experience in a generalist HR role.
You will be an excellent and influential communicator, solution/outcome focused and with a proven track record of successful customer service, task management, teamwork and problem-solving skills.
