Your Role
Manage day-to-day aspects of compensation structures and benefits programs
Ensure programs align with company's strategic rewards framework and comply with legal standards
Assist in implementing recognition and well-being programs to promote a positive workplace culture.
Help develop and manage performance-based compensation
Analyze compensation and benefits data to provide actionable insights
Generate reports for HR leadership detailing trends and recommendations
Provide support in HR initiatives such as mergers, acquisitions, and global mobility projects
Address and resolve employee queries regarding total rewards Inform and educate employees about their benefits and any compensation options
Maintain compliance with total rewards processes and assist in their optimization for enhanced efficiency
Participate in job evaluation processes, contributing to the grading and evaluation of roles
