Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM- CP, SHRM- SCP, PHR, SPHR) is preferred
• Minimum of 5- 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within a hypermarket or large retail environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong problem- solving and decision- making abilities
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
