As a Customer Support Consultant your role is pivotal in providing exceptional service to our clients. From conducting support and training sessions to collaborating with Sales and contributing to innovative projects, your contributions will be valued and recognized.
Responsibilities
- Conduct customer support and training via telephone and email for banks, brokerages, and direct customers.
- Collaborate with Sales to ensure excellent service delivery to our users.
- Contribute to projects within the client services team and participate in cross-functional team projects.
- Test newly developed Infront product features and provide constructive feedback to enhance our software solutions.
