- Opportunity Identification: Identify and track new business opportunities within the timber, steel door manufacturers, OEM and FM sectors.
- Territory: Manage ironmongery and furniture fittings sales in UAE.
- Company accounts: Develop strong relationship with both existing and new target customer.
- Tender/Quote Tracking : Follow our sales process by working closely with the estimation team to effectively prequalify, chase and close all enquiries
- Follow-up: Regularly communicate with prospects and customers, ensuring all questions are answered promptly and accurately.
- Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, ensuring high-quality responses and resolution of issues in a timely manner.
- Sample Board Orders: Order and manage Ironmongery Sample Boards as required.

Skills
Qualifications, experience and Skills:
- Previous experience in outdoor sales role.
- Familiarity with the ironmongery/ furniture fittings industry would be advantageous.
· Working preferably within door manufacturers timber / steel, OEMs and FM sectors.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with CRM.
- Work under KPI performances.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A keen eye for spotting business opportunities.
- Able to work well as part of a team and independently.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
- Driving license
