Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide implementation of digital dentistry technology systems with a focus on system setup, maintenance, and user support.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

Windows, MS Office, knowledge of network technologies, service oriented, excellent customer service, communication hardware and software installation, familiarity with Citrix environments and Oracle database, self-motivation, data integration, data aggregation and sharing, analytics reporting, and forecasting. Proficiency in Canvas, ExamSoft, Echo, and Tableau.

Preferred Education/Experience

Bachelor’s degree plus three or more year related experience in Information Technology, infrastructure and desktop support at a clinical medical/dental college preferred.
Experience in Instructional Technology informatics support (such as Canvas, ExamSoft, Echo, and Tableau); and clinical informatics support (Specifically Epic) highly preferred.
