Job Description
Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to clients, handling troubleshooting and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system performance. This includes installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, guide them through the purchasing process, and provide post- sales support. This includes understanding customer needs and recommending suitable IT products or services.
Sales: Promote and sell the company’s IT products and services. This involves explaining technical product specifications, negotiating prices, and closing sales deals.
Training: Conduct training sessions for clients to help them understand how to use their new IT products or services effectively.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical expertise that will aid in making sales.
Documentation: Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Also, keep track of all technical procedures and updates.
Prepare designs and Technical proposal as per the RFP from the customer.
Able to handle emergencies at any time
Demonstrates flexibility and collaborates with other staff members
Provides assistance to technicians
Proficient in both English and Hindi
Available to start immediately
Holds a NOC with a valid QID
Requirements:
Proven experience as an IT Technician or relevant position.
Excellent diagnostic and problem- solving skills.
In- depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks.
Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles.
Excellent communication and sales skills.
Degree in Computer Science, engineering or relevant field.
Certification as IT Technician (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) will be an advantage.
