Description & Details: This position is an essential part of the IT Service Center. The individual in this position coordinates card production functions for the IT Service Center; coordinates processes and education for the NDSU Record Management program; and serves as a leader and role model for employees in customer service and teamwork. Additional information is available in the position description.

Work Schedule: university office hours, customarily M – F, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Advertised Salary: $43,000+

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong and effective oral and written communication skills
  • Experience in working with advanced functions on Microsoft office suite, including Excel
  • Experience with working with MS online services, such as SharePoint, Teams and Power BI
  • Experience in documentation for websites

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2 years of experience with ID card production
  • Design experience
  • Experience in management of online applications
  • 2 years of Higher Education Experience
  • Experience in budget management
