Your Role at Webhelp

As a Partner Support Representative, you will:

  1. Provide Basic SEO Optimization:
    • Offer keyword gap analysis and on-site search recommendations.
    • Conduct content auditing and prepare presentations with key takeaways.
    • Provide quality checks and feedback to audit agencies.
  2. Content Management and Optimization:
    • Identify and communicate key gaps on partner sites.
    • Conduct content best practice sharing and training to partners.
    • Assist in the syndication partner onboarding process.
  3. Digital Business Plan Execution:
    • Monitor the execution of the eTail toolkit and drive timely New Product Introduction (NPI) execution.
    • Act as the first line of support for content queries.
  4. Language Support and Translation:
    • Conduct local language translation checks on content and keywords.
  5. KPI Monitoring and Reporting:
    • Review partner KPI dashboards and provide optimization recommendations.
    • Follow up on KPI reporting from partners regarding digital marketing execution.
    • Track overall digital business plan execution as requested.

Requirements

To thrive in this role, you should have:

  • Native or proficient level in Arabic and proficiency in English.
  • University degree in marketing, ecommerce, or business administration preferred.
  • Minimum one year of related online sales and/or digital content management experience.
  • Excellent negotiation, management, and communication skills.
  • Strong computing literacy (Windows, Office, etc.).
  • Drive to achieve goals using negotiation, teamwork, motivation, and time/work prioritization.

Preferred Qualifications

It would be a plus if you have:

  • Medium-level expertise in eMerchandising techniques and web analytics.
  • Past experience in digital marketing and SEO.
