As a member of the QA Team, you will collaborate closely with our Mobile and Cloud teams to thoroughly test the software to ensure we release the best possible products to our customers. You will begin your journey by manually testing our mobile app. As your knowledge of the products grows, you will help build our automated testing suites. As you become more proficient and grow, you can venture into non-functional aspects of the software QA, including performance, load, security, compliance, and other areas.
What you’ll be doing
  • Document detailed test cases and help with creating detailed test reports. 
  • Log and validate defects for test failures using a defect-tracking tool.
  • Responsible for defining, updating and executing end-to-end test cases to validate Cardata Cloud and Mobile application functionality and Rest API’s. (Manual and Automated).
  • Analyze, debug logs, and inspect database inputs and payloads to help verify product functionality and understand failures.
  • You will work closely with developers and product owners to ensure product functionality works as expected.
  • Enhance and develop automated test cases as required, leveraging existing automated test frameworks.
  • Enhance and develop test scripts to help support day-to-day validation.
  • Research tools and test approaches and participate in team growth.

  • Interest in learning or familiarity with automation/development tools & frameworks (Pytest, Playright, Jira, Git/Bitbucket, JMeter, Locust, Firebase  XCODE and Android Studio)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skillsInterest in metrics – defining, measuring and ensuring alignment with metrics.
  • Bonus points if you have
  • Familiarity with REST API development practices.
  • Have experience with automated testing.
  • Experience debugging software applications.
  • Experience with Python, Javascript, and SQL.
