Job Description:
Responsible for client development and management in the Nigerian market, promoting the company's commercial solutions, and implementing new energy business locally.
Capable of independently developing local clients, providing solutions, negotiating with clients, and facilitating client cooperation.
Maintain existing client relationships, ensure client satisfaction, identify client needs, and provide personalized services.
Coordinate internal resources such as production, research and development, supply chain, and operations to ensure the smooth progress and delivery of client projects.
Provide frontline market feedback from clients to assist the company in formulating market strategies and improvement plans for solutions.
RequirementsJob Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, International Trade, or related fields.
Over 5 years of experience in client development and management, with a preference for those with experience in the African market.
Excellent client development and negotiation skills, with the ability to independently complete client projects.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills, capable of effectively handling client needs and complaints.
Fluent in English with good written and verbal communication skills.
Highly self-motivated with a strong team spirit, able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
