What you bring:
- A degree in Quantity Surveying and a relevant Doctoral degree in Quantity Surveying
- Current professional qualifications in or working towards professional qualification in one or more Quantity Surveying professional institutes (e.g., RICS, NZIQS, ICES, AIQS)
- Strong record of scholarly publications, including research supervision of students
- Experience in successfully securing competitive external academic research or industry R&D funding up to successful completion
- A commitment to nurturing diverse talents and promoting an inclusive learning environment
- Industry experience relevant to Quantity Surveying or good exposure in Quantity Surveying with involvement in industry-based training is desirable

Located on our Auckland campus, this full-time (37.5 p/w) appointment will be commensurate with skills and experience within the Lecturer/Senior Lecturer range ($81,172 – $143,948).
