Job Description



At Checkoff Credit Systems Limited, we offer unsecured loans to workers, payroll loans to public and private sector employees.Responsibilities:

Monitor and analyze the performance of all loans in the portfolio.
Identify and track delinquent accounts to minimize losses.
Maintain accurate records of all loan accounts.
Conduct regular risk assessments of the loan portfolio.
Identify potential risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Prepare detailed reports on loan portfolio status for senior management.
Analyze trends and provide insights to support decision-making.
Develop and implement metrics to monitor loan performance.
Communicate with borrowers to ensure timely loan repayments.
Resolve issues related to loan payments and account status.
Provide exceptional customer service to maintain positive borrower relationships.
Ensure all loan documentation is complete and accurate.
Maintain compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Participate in internal and external audits as required.
Identify areas for process improvement and recommend changes.
Implement new procedures to enhance loan monitoring efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Professional certification in risk management or accounting is a plus.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in loan monitoring, credit control, or a similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and loan management software.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in the financial services industry.
Knowledge of loan management systems and financial analysis tools.
Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
