This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager – FMCG at RCIT Holding Co. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day marketing operations for the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) division. This includes developing marketing strategies, conducting market research, planning and executing marketing campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The Marketing Manager will also be responsible for analyzing market trends, monitoring competitive activity, and driving brand growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition
- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing initiatives
- Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager in the FMCG industry
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles, brand management, and market research
- Proficiency in digital marketing, including social media, online advertising, and content creation
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Experience in GCC is required
