Your Role at Baxter

As a Sr. Analyst you are a strategic partner to the Pharmaceuticals Global Business Unit (Pharma GBU),providing leadership to projects through the planning and execution of various, critical initiatives. You will interact with Pharma GBU leadership to organize ideas, projects, people, time, and resources necessary to keep the business moving forward.
You will demonstrate independence and developing leadership potential as they evolve to lead projects of varying complexity. Drive progress across multiple projects and initiatives, supporting executive employees in their roles by handling day-to-day items,applying problem-solving skills to assist with the daily operation of the organization.

What you’ll be doing
- Collaborating with leadership team members to determine and prioritize business strategies
- Handle the oversight of projects that fall between departments or leadership areas of responsibility and ensure effective project risk management by proper identification, prioritization, and management of cross-functional risks
- Design and develop reporting and analysis of reports as required and develop reporting mechanisms using database and data manipulation skills
- Serve as the point of contact for sales meetings and salesforce effectiveness initiatives partnering with sales leadership and GBU leadership
- Build and run cadence for leadership meetings and leadership offsite, ensuring materials are sent in advance, time is well spent, and objectives are achieved
- Identify and help solve core problems or opportunities within business processes and provide recommendations on improvements across the organization
- Triage all incoming requests for the GBU leadership time and ensure the calendar is aligned with the priorities of the organization
- Create correspondence and complex presentations and prepare expense reports, book travel, and manage department credit line for purchases
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor level degree or equivalent experience with 3+ years of relevant project management experience
- Previous experience in pharmaceuticals preferred
- Demonstrated success working with and leading cross-functional teams is required
- Ability to effectively communicate at the leadership level
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience in data analysis (Excel based)
